Certain aspects of the organizer can be hand assembled faster than others, and sometimes certain parts of the organizer require more time than other parts. Some weeks, production is slower due to those specific parts being tailored, but the following week, production speeds up with the remaining process. There are over 450 individual handmade steps in the process to fabricate just one GlamCubes™ . Apparent bubbling isn’t noticeable until the glue cures. Once an assembled piece is dry and the absence of large and apparent bubbles are notated, we proceed by fabricating the next pieces. Each batch will vary in lead time based on the volume of orders for that specific month during your time of purchase and the style which is currently in production. 1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If you are approved, then you will be issued a voucher equivalent to the price of the product/products purchased.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or voucher.

Exchanges (if applicable)

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Kindly verify your items and sign the receipt in good condition paper that will be handed to you upon delivery. If Item is not in good condition and you need to exchange it for the same item, you will not be charged for delivery.

2. If you are shipping an item over R1500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
