How long will it take to get my order?

- Orders are generally processed within 7 -10 business days to manufacture. - You will be notified if there are any delays. - A confirmation email will be sent providing a tracking number once shipped. - Please ensure to check your e-mail JUNK folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation prior to contacting us to follow up please. GlamCubes™ is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Can my GlamCubes™ break in transit?

Yes, for all provinces apart from Gauteng courier negligence can occur. Remember that courier companies utilize airlines to send goods to outlying provinces. Parcel handling is similar to baggage handling and unfortunately no amount of bubble wrap and packaging can withstand this type of handling. We therefore include insurance on all shipments. Your Organizer will be replaced once your claim has been successfully processed.

How to order your Products?

1.Choose your product, Customize the preferred drawer handles/Knob & choose your preferred Pearl color to complete the look. If you are in the Crystal Section you have the option to add your Initials aswell. add your preferred products to your cart then proceed to checkout.

2. Checkout Checkout, then choose your preferred shipping or delivery method.

3. Proceed to Payment.

4. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and shipment details.

Can I get my Glam personalized?
